Practice Manager

Alison began her career in dentistry as a qualified dental nurse in 1993 and, with decades of experience behind her, stepped into the role of Practice Manager in 2024. She is a highly skilled and valued member of the team, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently every day. From overseeing compliance to handling patient feedback, Alison keeps everything on track with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys yoga and long walks with her Border Terrier, Ozzie. She’s also a keen darts player and regularly competes as part of a local team. Her balance of expertise, organisation and approachable nature makes her an essential part of both the practice and the community.
